InsureSynq
For commercial brokers · Verified accounts only

Stop losing time on work that shouldn't take any.

Active claims tracked in a spreadsheet nobody updates. The same client details re-typed into five carrier ACORD forms. Renewal comparisons rebuilt from scratch every year. InsureSynq reads the documents you already have and does the grunt work around them — so your time goes back to clients. Keep your AMS. Nothing to migrate.

Takes a minute to request. Every account is reviewed by a person — so everyone in here is a verified, working broker.See a live comparison

The day you actually have

Every account turns into the same manual loop.

Claims pile up in a shared spreadsheet that's only current when someone remembers to update it. A carrier's loss-control deadline slips by and suddenly the account is at risk. Every new submission means typing the same client details into a different set of ACORD boxes. Repeat for every account, every week.

  • 01Track active claims in a spreadsheet that's updated when someone remembers
  • 02Risk losing an account over one missed loss-control deadline
  • 03Type identical client data into five different ACORD forms
  • 04Rebuild the same renewal comparison spreadsheet you built last year
  • 05Treat every 4 p.m. certificate request as the emergency it always is
Document → Data → Workflow → Output

Start with the document. Finish the job faster.

Same inputs you already get. Same outputs your clients and carriers expect. The retyping in the middle goes away.

One extraction pipeline · every tool shares the data

The jobs, not the features.

Each tool reads from the same client record. Extract a policy once and the data is already there for the claim, the comparison, the proposal.

01 · Claims
AVAILABLE

A claim file that lives from first notice to settlement.

Report a loss from the loss-notice PDF — insured, carrier, adjuster, and loss date pre-filled — or enter it by hand. Six tracked stages, a document checklist that walks every item from needed to accepted, and the adjuster, reserve, and estimate record on the file. Nothing falls through the cracks because nothing lives in a side spreadsheet.

02 · Client Intake + ACORD
AVAILABLE

Captured once. Mapped onto every carrier form.

Paste the email, upload the ACORD they faxed, drop in the call transcript. Every source lands in one structured client record — and when two sources disagree on a field, you pick which value wins. Then the record maps onto the ACORD forms the submission needs (125, 126, 130, 140, and the rest), shows you how complete each one is, and lets you fill the gaps right in the form view before anything goes to a carrier.

03 · Risk & Compliance
AVAILABLE

An account is never cancelled for a missed loss-control deadline.

Upload the carrier's loss-control letter. The case metadata and every numbered recommendation come out structured — then you drive each one to closure, attach the client's evidence, and submit the compiled packet back to the carrier. The dashboard rolls up every open case by urgency: Overdue, Due Soon, On Track.

04 · Policy Compare

The comparison spreadsheet, done in one upload.

AVAILABLE

Upload 2–5 policy or quote PDFs — native or scanned. Every limit, premium, deductible, and endorsement lines up side by side, differences flagged, gaps called out, every value linked to the page it came from. Cuts a 45-minute comparison to about three.

See it against the spreadsheet it replaces ↓
05 · COPE Analysis
AVAILABLE

Pre-underwrite the risk before a carrier sees it.

Upload the inspection report. Construction, Occupancy, Protection, and Exposure each score 0–100, rolled into an A/B/C/D grade — Preferred, Standard, Watch, Distressed. You know whether to submit, re-inspect, or decline before you've spent a carrier relationship on it.

COPE Analysis grade
06 · Lease Review
AVAILABLE

Check every lease against your firm's standard — before you bind.

Author your Requirements Template once (a 25-item seed ships with it). Run any incoming commercial lease against it: each clause comes back Compliant, Deficient, or Not Addressed with a weighted 0–100 score, plus a branded deficiency report ready to send to the tenant, landlord, or their counsel.

Lease Review deficiency report
07 · Configurable Reminders
AVAILABLE

The expiry dates you track in your head now fire on their own.

Vacancy reconfirmation on a rolling cycle. Builder's-risk expiry ahead of the policy end date. New-tenant follow-up before the coverage gap opens. Plus custom rules. Alerts land in-app and by email — to you and to the client contacts you put on the rule.

Configurable Reminders rules
08 · Proposals
AVAILABLE

A client-ready proposal in the time it takes to finish an email.

Pulls the data straight from a finished comparison — no copy-paste. Choose the sections, write your recommendation, apply your firm's name, logo, and colors, and export a print-ready PDF or a shareable preview link.

09 · VIN Lookup
FREE · included with access

Decode the vehicle before you start the auto quote.

17 characters in; make, model, year, body class, engine, GVWR out — the fields commercial auto carriers ask for at submission. Runs standalone or inside an intake to fill a vehicle card.

10 · Property Lookup
FREE · included with access

Pull the property data before you touch the application.

One address in; square footage, year built, property type, beds, baths, lot size, and estimated value out. The fields you chase on every property submission, pre-filled.

11 · Insurance Certificates
COMING SOON

COIs in one click. Not ten.

Certificates issued from the policy data the other tools already extracted. A 4 p.m. cert request stops being an emergency.

12 · Renewal Pipeline
COMING SOON

Stop managing renewals from a spreadsheet that's always behind.

A 90-day forward view of every renewal due, reminders at the touchpoints you set, and a one-click start that pre-loads last year's policy into a fresh comparison — because starting from blank is half the reason renewals run late.

The spreadsheet, retired.

Upload 2–5 policy or quote PDFs. Every coverage field across every standard line — GL, property, BOP, auto, home, umbrella, workers comp, cyber, and more — lined up column by column. Differences flagged. Missing values called out, never papered over. Click any cell to see the exact page it came from. Correct anything that looks off; your correction sticks.

Why brokers can trust it

Every number shows its work.

Click any cell, see the source.

Every extracted value links to the exact page and text it came from. No guessing whether the limit is right — check it in one click.

It tells you how sure it is.

Every field carries a confidence level. Low-confidence values are flagged for your review — never slipped in silently.

It won't make up a number.

If a value isn't in the document, the field stays empty. It will never borrow a limit from one coverage to fill a blank in another.

You're the final editor.

Change any cell and your correction sticks to the record. The tool extracts; you decide.

The AMS question

You already have an AMS. Keep it.

You keep Epic, AMS360, EZLynx, or HawkSoft — we kill the retyping around it. Nothing to migrate. Nothing to re-train on. Your AMS stays the system of record for policies, clients, and accounting.

Security & data handling

Your clients' data, handled like it's yours.

Brokers only, verified by a person.

Every access request is reviewed before an account exists. You know who else is in here: working brokers.

Isolated to your account.

Your documents and extracted data are scoped to your firm. No other account can see them.

Documents auto-delete after 14 days.

Uploads don't sit on a server forever.

Passwordless sign-in.

A one-time emailed link — no password to leak or reuse.

Pricing

Pay for work completed. Not seats filled.

We charge per task, not per seat. A task is one finished piece of work: a comparison, a claim file, an intake, a proposal. Busy renewal season, the cost scales with the work done. Quiet month, your bill shrinks. Add your whole team without multiplying anything.

Questions we actually get

Straight answers.

01Why do I have to be approved to sign up?

Because your client documents sit alongside other brokers' — so we verify every account belongs to a working broker before we open it. A person reviews each request, and you get your sign-in link by email the moment you're approved.

02Isn't this just another AI tool?

No. It's a set of tools that read insurance documents and fill in the fields you'd otherwise retype by hand. No chat window, no copilot, no dashboard to "have a conversation with." Treat the extraction like a very fast, very patient assistant — you still decide what the numbers mean.

03Do I have to trust the extraction blindly?

No. Every value cites its source page, carries a confidence level, and can be edited — your correction sticks. Low-confidence fields are flagged for review before anything moves downstream.

04What if the document is scanned or faxed?

Reads fine. Native PDFs and scanned, faxed, or photographed pages all work — text recognition kicks in only where the document needs it. You don't retype anything.

05Do I have to switch from my AMS?

No. Keep Epic, AMS360, EZLynx, HawkSoft — whatever you run. InsureSynq sits next to it and removes the retyping between inbox and portal. Your AMS stays the system of record.

06What counts as a task?

One finished piece of work: one comparison job (2–5 documents is still one task), one claim file, one intake, one proposal. Re-running after a small edit doesn't charge again.

07Do you submit to carrier portals?

Honest answer: not yet — auto-submission is on the roadmap. Today we remove the prep around it: every field a portal asks for is already pulled out of your documents and ready to go.

08What happens to my client documents?

They're isolated to your account and auto-delete after 14 days.

09What if my clients won't fill out a form?

They don't have to. Forward the email thread, drop in the dec-page photo, upload the ACORD they sent six months ago. Intake reads whatever they actually give you.

10How long to onboard?

Same day you're approved. No IT project, no migration window, no kickoff deck — you upload your first document and go.

The offer

Bring us your last submission packet.

Request access, get approved, and run your own documents through end to end — intake, comparison, claim file, proposal. See what your week looks like on the other side of the retyping.
